Is there any particular views on circumcision from Jehovah's Witnesses?

Jehovah's Witnesses believe that parents should be permitted to make such decisions for their sons. Jehovah's Witnesses actively condemn so-called "female circumcision" as it is practiced in certain tribal areas.

So-called "female circumcision" is more accurately called "genital mutilation".

The apostles answered this question in the book of Acts.

Circumcision is no longer required to worship Jehovah acceptably.

It is a personal decision on the part of the parents if they are going to have it done or not done.
