This IS their country. It IS where they belong. Just because someone has changed their beliefs, why can't they stay in their own country? They are not harming anyone (except of course if they are). So if an English woman became a Jew she'd have to go Israel? Why should she when this is her country?

Why would she WANT to live in an islamic country if she is muslim? Many of them are corrupted anyway, and all her family and life is here, it is not that simple.

Dave313 If a muslim is happy in this country and does not complain about the law or anything, then why still tell them to leave the country? I thought it was a free country.

Basically if i come up with an islamic question people always seem to say that muslims should go back to where they came from, and when I try to explain that many of them are actually from here, people STILL don't listen.

What does it matter to racists? They just want to get rid of people who are different to them. They tell people to 'go back', but many people have never seen the country they're supposed to be from. There have been black people in Britain for a good 300 years - many modern African countries didn't exist when their ancestors were brought here, yet some people would still have them 'sent back'. It's absolutely ridiculous.

I'm not really sure what your question is asking. do u wanna tell a English Muslim to leave the country or are you asking how could someone have the audacity to tell it to u or maybe someone you know?
if she is English then she is already in her country whether she is a Muslim or not really doesn't matter. Just because the person was born in England it doesn't make you English the best you'd be is British. if it upsets you when you write questions about Islam and people tell u to go back to you own country then stop writing them kind of questions. there is a ongoing tension between Muslims and every other religion and though only a small percent of Muslim are the radical kind people just don't see it that way.I'm sorry I'm so confused with this question.

I think the respondents are respectfully telling you to escape now before it is too late- for your own good (wherever you go). How do you expect someone professing muslim beliefs to be received here in view of 9/11, 7/7, and the bombings in Madrid and the far east? The media may be accused of sensationalising and focussing indiscriminately on them, but they happened-they were real! These are the things which colour peoples perceptions of Islam-unfortunately all the good decent tolerant ones opinions are swept away in the wind. Unfortunately there does exist a right wing fascist element here who are looking for the merest excuse to visit appalling destruction upon the muslim community. Fortunately as yet there does exist also a tradition of acceptance and tolerance within the UK. But by your behaviour and attitude you risk alienating even them, and who wiill save you from the backlash then? Maybe not to late to show some humility and respect towards traditional British culture and values-unless you are really mad about martyrdom??

A lot of your responders haven't even read your question.
In response, they say this because they are ignorant. Do people tell catholic people to go else where - no!
Islam is like Christianity in that it is truly a global religion which encompasses people for a wide variety of nations and cultures. There should be no problem with an English woman becoming a muslim and remaining in the UK.
It's just at this moment Islam is the new Soviet Union.

Education is needed here. many people fail to realise the differences between the Christian way of life and Islam, the English legal system and Parliament is not compatible with Islam, Democracy is seen as evil by islam, unelected Religious leaders who claim to have god speak to them are the true lawful leaders and the detailed passages in a thousand year old book are held to be superior to all other ideas. To tell an english born Muslim to go to a Muslim Country if they wish an islamic lifestyle is the educated persons reasoned suggestion for anyone who experiences problems with the cultural differences between Islam and England. Perhaps the phrase, F*** off back to P******* is rude and thoughtles but the message is actally helpful.
England is a Christian Country with laws based on equality and tolerance and a seperation of state from religion, a Christian Concept, which is not compatible with the teachings of Islam, With the instruction to marry widows to ensure the proper upbringing of orphans among others it simply is not legal to follow the teachings of Islam in England.

lol I hate when that happens. I have some random people in my class (I live in Michigan, US) and I tell them I'm mixed middle eastern. I was born here, but they still say that. Most say it as a joke and I go along with it. I'm just not sure how to help you with that, because no offense, but you didn't give enough details. If I were you, I would try to explain what the reality is with a level head, and hopefully they'll listen. Others just can't be convinced, and you have to live with that :( . Hope this helps.

I`ts obvious why ,it`s because they`e too stupid and biggoted to understand that religion and race are two separate things i have known white people born and bred here who have converted to different religions. And while were on the subject whats so Christian about England maybe it was in the past ,people used to go to church and have christian values ,but thats long gone Churches in this country are lucky if they have a dozen old women for their congregation
if this lot here are an example of being a Christian all i can say is they can stick they`re christian values i think i`ll convert aswell

problem is some dont give the impression they want to be on of us. the very worst way some do this is to hide their face in a country where that has asscociations of criminality.
this is offensive to some britons and is an obvious way some elements of the muslim community are shooting themselves in the foot...and alienating the locals.

for the same reason why someone once told me that we are fighting a war currently so that I could wear a Hijab. I told him "no that war was fought 230 years ago when this country was formed and we were all given the Constitution and our first amendment rights." He shuck his head and walked way.
