Theres this girl i like but shes part of the popular ppl at my school. And I hang out iwth ppl who arent popular. And shes alot bettre looking then i am. Should i ask her out?

I think you should approach this situation very cautiously, start with easy stuff, like when you pass by each other, say hi, if she says hi back then your off to a good start.
try to find out about things she's interested in.. then maybe at lunch (if you have lunch 2gether) ask if she'd mind if you sat with her and start a conversation about something that both of you know something about...
you could even try asking her to maybe tutor you in a class that you could use some brushing up on ...
GIRLS LIKE SUBTLE APPROACHES FROM PEOPLE THEY DON'T KNOW WELL..
IF YOU JUST GO UP TO HER AND ASK HER, SHE MIGHT GET A LITTLE FREAKED OUT.
BESIDES IF YOU GET TO KNOW HER A LITTLE IT WILL MAKE THE TIME OUT SPENT WITH HER NOT SO AWKWARD.
DON'T JUST ASK HER OUT!!

Ah, the age-old problem. At least there is a simple solution. Swallow your pride, and ask her out. If she says no, what's the worst that will happen? You'll still have your friends, and there are MANY many fish in the sea, so don't sweat it.

get to know her a bit better first. when she knows you more and you know her more, both of you will be less nervous and more comfortable with each other. so yeah, don't just ask her out of blue i think.
