The best way to tell? Listen to what's going on in your head -- are you making excuses for him? For the relationship? Or even for the lack of a relationship? He should want to talk with you -- that means a full conversation.
When did I realize? When the amount of energy I was devoting to him outwieghed everything else in my life and he barely even noticed. Pretty sad, huh? But you know what? The best revenge is when you realize that and realize that your life means too much to waste any more time on him. Move on. Anything is better than that.

Yes this has happened to me, I knew because he would want to go out with his friends all the time and want to come over at like 3 in the morning after he had a good time with a bunch of tramps at the bar, and want to get it on, he would also want to come over and like never want to just watch a movie or something he would want to have sex. I was young and stupid at the time, but the best thing i did was just quit talking to him, i would get my friends to answer the phone if he called, and they would tell him i went out with someone else, he got really pissed off, but i actually met a really nice guy and now we are married and have a kid.

OMG HELL YES. this guy i started dating used me for sex cuz i was like so popular and so rich and i mean i am but he thought it would make him popular and sadly it did and after about the 6th time having sex with him i found out from his friend wen i was at school and so his friend was the one who actually introduced us so he was like im so so sorry i didnt know he was doin that to u so like now im having sex with is friend and hes like so pissed for wat he did
