i want to gt rid of belly and leg fat! help!!!!!!!

simple work-outs and eating right, in the feb. issue of cosmo girl, on pgs. 48-52 there are some awsome workouts and recipes, and a 4 week plan.

Green tea works good. You can buy all different kinds with differnet tastes that will suite you too. I drink one in am and one at pm. You can drink it hot or cold. Add a lil honey for flavor. Plus, eat several small meals a day rather than 3 big meals. Healthy food with good protein intake to beat fatigue. Just a suggestion, that is what is working for me.

EXERSIZE...AND EAT. Don't believe anyone who tells you to go on some starving diet. You might want to cut down on the junk food but, don't go totally anarexic. Run around your house or block to work out your legs. And try sit ups and roll ups for your stomach...also drink lots of water.

You might save money.. more fruits and vegess...Stop eating junk food...go running do push ups squats....you don't always need a fancy gym membership and a consultant to loose weight all you need is portion control.. Good Luck

you pay to get the fat and for the knowledge how to keep it.
education is expensive but not nearly as expensive as not knowing.
change your mind set or visit the library.
you got a way to go.
make movement a part of your life , reduce your caloire intake, increase your water intake, eat small meals more often.

cut out sweets, meat and soda for a month and see what happens. eat a lot of fruits for energy and drink A LOT of water. the water will cleanse your body! There's no way around it so you have to exercise. try walking a mile on a treadmill every day. (That's what I'm trying for the month of Jan.! ) Good luck

eat 3 healthy meals a day, and if you need to snack, always keep a bag of nuts (almonds) with you. also if one day you really want to eat somthing sweet dont say o its only for once, because by experience, it does matter. also do 50 situps a day, and squats..

with the exception of junk food you don't have to even change your eating habits...just have a little less when you eat....do that with a moderate work out...at least to make you sweat you should see pounds drop here and there...you can't expect results overnight if you want to do it in a healthy way

eat salad a lot..my sister lost so much weight from eating salad..but u need a little of other foods for energy and nutrients...

just eat lots of fruit and veg, you don;t ever need to pay for fancy plans or shkes, it is all rubbish
