You shouldnt worry about the actual weight. What will happen is that you'll lose fat and you'll gain muscle. Muscle mass is actually heavier than fat so dont be fooled by the scale. After your 2.5 months you might not be much lighter; there is a possibility that you could get heavier, but you will definetly be more toned and healthy. Not to mention how much stronger you will be making your heart and lungs from all the running!

While staying active is awesome and will help you stay fit remember that the muscle you are building will weight more than the fat you are burning so you might not realize the per pound weight lost you are seeking. The fact of the matter is that doctors now confess that any and all diet programs out there that are sucessful all adhere to a 1500 calorie per day diet. Some programs make the food for you others show you how to make it yourself but if it works it is a 1500 calorie per day diet. Running and arobics is a great choice to stay healthy but walking 3.5 mile a day will burn more fat because it will take longer to do allowing you body more excerise and it is easier on your body with less risk for injury. Keep up the good work my friend and remember to drink your water or in the words of a fitness instructor " Hydrate or die"

You may loose a little through it but not much. The chances are you will drop 5 lbs or so but get very toned. You will be healthy and look like you were 95 lbs.
