My dog just had 10 puppies 3 days ago and she seems to be becoming less interested in sticking around and feeding them and I am concerned that they aren't all getting the right amount of food, is there anything that I can do to help feed them?

Are the puppies crying? Puppies this age are going to be doing a LOT of crying if they're hungry. If so, you need to get a formula for puppies and supplement them several times a day. It's very unusual for a mom not to stay with puppies this young almost full time - has she been seen by the vet? Or is she maybe too young to be a good mother?

you should call your vet's office and see how they would handle this if you don't have a vet then you could always go to a pet store and get a baby bottle(for pup's) and puppy formula and feed them on your own this will take a lot of your time where they are only 3 day's old they will need to be feed every 2 or 3 hour's around the clock

It's imperative that the mom feeds them at this point. They're not only getting nutrition from her; they're also getting antibodies (immunity) from her milk to protect them from disease.

It's normal for newborn puppies to "mewl" (make little noises) a lot, but if they're screaming or crying a lot it means they're hungry.

If you need to start feeding the pups yourself, have your vet check them first, and then have him show you how to bottle or tube feed them. The vet can give you the proper formula for your pups, and can tell you how much and how often they need to be fed.

I have raised several litter's by hand & helped mom's with a few also..
If their quiet & not crying they are getting enough, It's also a good idea to try & weigh them (at about the same time every day) to make sure thei gaining..
If you have to supplement them I have found Goat's Milk work's really good, You can buy powreed or canned & mix it like baby formula..
I ONLY ise Goat's Milk I have tried many other's but puppies seemed to alway's get the run's..
Best Of Luck

Well, I hope I can help you. You should go to the vet and make sure she is not sick. If not, I think you could possibly get a foster mom for the pups and have them drink her milk. But you can not let the real mom see that happening. She could attack, or get very frustrated and protective. She might also get sad. (like you don't need her.) I hope your pups and the mom will all be ok. good luck.
