you can do it but its not going to make it any faster just because you have 2 outlets. its also not going to sound any better. its just going to be like a cosmetic thing with no added performance. its better to just keep the one outlet instead of the dual and it will be cheaper to just have the one outlet.

If it truly is inventory, it truly is cracked. The exhaust manifold is notorious for cracking on all Wranglers, fantastically YJs. Get some Inferno Putty. i'm no longer particular if it really is precisely what it really is called, in spite of the undeniable fact that it remedies with warmth, hardens like metal, and may upward push up to as a lot as like 5000 ranges. I were given mine at my community automobile Zone.. it truly is like 12 money. Throw a number of that on there, bypass emissions, and save $six hundred on a sparkling manifold. And P.S. i doesn't pull some thing with a Wrangler. The wheel base is basically too short.

Ive done it on the I6 Jeep grand cherokee and have it dyno with hp gains. Quadra tec offers a dual header for the I6. along with flowmaster souds like the world is coming to an end. but for off road use you could also add a electric cut out http://www.speedunlimited.com/cgi-bin/webc.cgi/st_main.html?p_catid=3904

It can be done with a split pipe at the manifold but it will not sound all that great. It will sound kinda like a overreved small car.
