Like the plague! I avoid it at all measures, unless i can;t see nutrition facts(restaurants.) Look in the ingredients, if it says partially hydrogenated oil or shortening there is trans fat even if it says 0 grams. Avoid eating out and buying in the bakery aisle of supermarkets. Donuts, fries, even pancakes are all loaded with trans fats. trans fat is really bad for you, i used to eat lots of stuff with it so now i avoid it at all costs. Trans fat highers LDL levels of cholesterol and lowers HDL(the good stuff that gets rid of LDL which clogs your veins) It also significantly slows weight loss when trying to lose weight. It;s almost like a permanent weight. Dont fret if you still eat some, just start to avoid it completely now and excercise.

possibly the reason you're literally not dropping weight is that your body has not something left to lose. At 13, 5'a million and one hundred pounds, you're merely wonderful. relax and get over the "skinny is in" mentality. attempt for healthful instead.
