I am planning on redoing my room soon and I was looking around for websites that have a good selection of bedding. Can anyone tell me some good ones? Also, I want to paint my room a light blue but I cant figure out what a good color for the bedding and curtains would be. Any ideas on what color?

with blue, go for a cool water color bedroom. Soothing blues, greens, with white accents and seashell decorations

Or you could do different shades of blue and yellow golds and create a celestial style bedroom

I don't know of any websites for a good deal on bedding, but I can tell you if you want a good deal and your willing to go out the door then go to "Winners"!! I'm serious, you wouldn't believe the deals on the quality bedding you can get there. My wife and I picked up a linen of six hundred thread count it is a set of sheets for a king size bed at a mere one hundred dollars. That is freaking cheap!! Aside from a lot of other deals for bedding you can get quality linen and towels for next to nothing when you compare prices.
If you are painting your room in light blues I would accentuate the room with warm colours like ochres, burnt oranges, and other muted warm colours. Other accents like tables and lamp stands, could be a light blue of the same hue your room is painted in. If not the same hue try to get as close as you can to the paint in the room.
For a stronger accent then go for a strong cerulean, if your idea of a light blue is a cerulean then go for a cyan hue for accents.
That's as much as I can tell you without coming over and doing it for you. Have fun eh?

for buying new bedding, overstock is always a great shot:

http://www.overstock.com

they have "designer quality" stuff, generally at very good prices. the customer reviews are completely wonderful, it's a great way to have someone else tell you about the quality before you order something. but don't discount your trusty buddy ebay. they always have the best selection of stuff, being the world's garage sale and all. rather than jump right into a search, go through the homepage, click "home & garden", then click on whatever category best fits what you're looking for ("sheets" or "comforters" or whatever). once you pick your category, you can narrow it down by size or style, or new vs used, and browse through what's there.

don't worry about matching your bedding to the wall color. pick a good color that you like a lot (try http://www.behr.com to play with their "color smart" tool to get inspired as to different shades). unless you pick bedding in a color that will horribly clash (say, burnt orange or neon green), most things will look fine regardless of the wall color.
