Lots of people really do not know what some baby animals are called and they are easy to forget.
A baby pigeon is called a squab or squeaker. Mostly squab.
Animal=pigeon Male= coc k bird Female=henBaby=squab, squeaker Group of Animals=flock, kit
Here is some brief info=Rock Doves (also known as feral pigeons) are tame birds that are natives of Eurasia. These social birds now live all over the world, thriving in cities. Peregrine falcons and hawks prey upon them. These birds make a cooing sound. They have a life span of up to 15 years.
Anatomy: The Rock Dove is from 12 to 14 inches (30 to 35 cm) long. Its coloration is extremely variable.
Diet: Pigeons eat mostly seeds. Pigeons drink by sucking up water (very few other birds do this).
Nest and Eggs: Male pigeons build shallow, saucer-like nests made of sticks and twigs. Nests are usually located on ledges, like seaside cliffs or window sills on skyscrapers. Females lay 1-2 white eggs in each clutch (a set of eggs laid at one time). Both parents incubate the eggs.

Americans and people who cook the poor things call baby pigeons squabs. If you dont fall into either of those categories the I'd stick to calling it a chick, then fledgling, then pigeon.
