The government has made available enough tamiflu to treat 25% of the UK population when the next pandemic event arrives, do you think this is enough or are we being shortchanged? they say it is expensive to produce and has a limited shelflife, and yet they can waist millions on overseas 'wars' and other stupid things so do they really care about their citizens? Also i have read that children under a certain age and the elderly will not be treated,is this correct? and if so do you think it is fair? And what about the expected fatalitys of50,000 deaths or more ( source D.O.H ) what plans do they have for the dead, will dignity go out of the window?
No one can tell what will happen but we are told it could be catastrophic, do you think we should be better informed than we are at present,as after all its our lives that are at risk when a pandemic occurs.

As per usual, the government is keeping the population in the dark re the pandemic. You can rest assured though, that they have enough vaccine to treat themselves and their family. No I don't think they care about the lives of ordinary people. They are selfish and greedy. It's the old saying "I'm alright Jack" I am sure you have heard of that. It's a very sad, sick world we live in I'm afraid. With everyone out for themselves.

right now there are few cases of the flu going to humans. the ones that have occured are not a true case.

so i don't think that they want to over stock incase they are wrong in thiming and the drugs shelf life.
Med people will get it first to be ablle to treat others that have the flu
then most people will be in the hospital that will need the medication

Totally agree with your statement that the UK should look after itself first, not in foreign wars or spending £1 billion on more building new trident submarines to police the worlds waters.
