Esperanto is completely phonetic. If you see a word spelled, you know exactly how to pronounce it. If you hear a word spoken correctly, you know exactly how to spell it. There are no silent letters. A spelling bee in Esperanto would be a joke, and would go on for ever.

It really comes down to your native language. No language is particularly more difficult than another. Thousands of years of people speaking, using short cuts, making up new words, changing the way we pronounce things has ensured that all current living languages are easy to speak. Ease of use is very subjective. For English speakers, French and German are one of the most easiest languages because about 40% of English came from French and the just about all the rest came from Germanic tongues. The toughest thing about French is getting used to the difference in spelling and pronunciation from what we're used to. That has nothing to do with how hard it is to speak, that's just a hurdle in learning the language from a book.
However, if you try to look at it objectively, Hawaiian is probably the easiest. It has a small number of consonants (out of the 12 or 13 letters, most of them are vowels) - all of them being commonly found in almost every language - and the vowels are relatively simple and also found in most languages.

Although I have never heard the language myself, the constructed language Esperanto, which was developed in the late 1800's, was developed with the intention of it becoming an international language that would be easy for people from any country or language origin to learn and speak. It seems logical then that your easiest language would be Esperanto.

I'd say Latin. Some say it's a dead language, but it's quite easy to pronounce. There are no 'v' sounds (like vampire), and there a few other letters in the English alphabet that we don't use in Latin. Plus, you learn a lot of word origins!
(Did you know that French is a derivative language from Latin, which means it comes from it!)

It depends what your native language is. If it was any type of Chinese, you would stand out in Japanese. If it is English, try French. For Italian, Spanish would be easy.
But if you look at how simple a language is, Hawaiian would be easy because it's so simple.

Hebrew. It's completely phonetic and such an easy and beautiful language to learn. Each letter always makes the same sound and the pronunciation is so easy because of that.

German is pretty easy to pronounce for me. Probably because English is a Germanic language.

Definitely, anyone´s mother tongue. The other languages people want to learn, will be easy or difficult depending on the person´s own interest, skills and motivation.
