Slice the tomatoes and season with salt & pepper and place on plate.
Cook rice and add chicken broth and onions and a little parsley, salt & pepper.

Saute those onions real good (caramelized) and top the steak with them. And go ahead and cook that either the rice or the cauliflower too as a side. If you have cheese, like cheddar or something, put that on the cauliflower.

french fries are great with steak - do you have the frozen ones? You can make tomato and onion salad, just slice them add salt, pepper, (olive) oil, and vinegar. Steam the cauliflower or you could just put a drop of oil and mix in the cauliflower with salt pepper and soy sauce. You can also make rice - white or add onion soup mix and margarine to it.

I chop up a green pepper, red pepper and yellow pepper...and an onion in large pieces..and a tomatoe (if you like) in a fry pan..add veggies...olive oil..salt, pepper and garlic salt and orageno saute until veggies are tender not soggy..serve w/ steak add a little bit of feta cheese if you please. :-)
