Furballs, eating fuzz off the floor. Mine throws up when he eats like a pig sometimes because he does not chew his dry food. Sometimes the second one is liquid but check to see if your cat is eating properly, like I said pigboy does not chew.

I would say grass also, cats dont eat it when there not feeling good, they eat it to help there digestive system, or if you switched the brand of food, they may throw up the first time theyve had a differ. brand but after they get used to it they stop(though you should never switch the brand of food). The last thing i would think it would be is he ate something earlier or ate his own food and it didnt settle well. If he's getting better from the infection, that means your taking well care of him. He'll be ok. He's lucky to have you. : )

grass. Sometimes when cats aren't feeling well (upset stomach), they will go chew on a little grass which scratches their throat and makes them vomit. There are a number of reasons they might have an upset stomach including a dietary change or worms.

Yes. cats eats grass to help an upset stomach, it's believed it makes them throw up and rid the bad stuff in their tummy. I also found an article that tells you what signs to look for regarding other pet ailments. it was pretty helpful. Here it is: http://www.petsuppliesandmeds.com/pet_health_questions_article.htm

I don't really know.
I do know that my friend's cat used to eat yarn like it was nothing. He only ate it whenever there was nobody around, but he would throw up and there would be yarn.

Do you have houseplants? Some plants can make a cat sick.

Could be hairballs, but since he's been sick I would check with your vet. Is he on medication? Could be a reaction to that.
