before you make love with them gett to kno them dont rush things and if you really want to then think of it as revenge to your old lover!! lol

Take it slow, and joke about yourself to ease the tension. Setting the mood sometimes helps too.

Nice romantic music,a nice setting(a candlelit room is nice),talk while you touch each other (back,hands,legs start of in places like that)soft kisses,then let it go from there.

Take your time make sure you are both ready. relax,be tender,ask what she likes sexually. Tell her you want to please her and you will see the blood starts pumping and animal instinct take over. like riding a bike you never forget how to ride-no pun intended. relax and enjoy
