Hi, I had my first cigarette last friday when I only wanted just a puff then I gave it back to my friend then I asked if I can finish it and I did. But I haven't smoked since then. I wanted to smoke because I was already a little bit drunk with 1 beer and 1 Rum with Coke

A lot quicker than you may think.
Cigarette addiction is only partially physical and a LOT psychological. Sooner than you know, you'll want to smoke more and more, and you won't even know why.
It's a good idea to simply NOT smoke. Once you ARE addicted (and this can happen really quickly), you'll have TWO problems to deal with:
1. The reason why you started smoking in the first place (which is still not resolved because you smoked instead of dealing with it)
2. A Physical addiction that is really hard to break.
Being a little drunk is NO reason to want to start smoking. Wanting to feel a little closer to a friend can be, and having alcohol in your system can pull out the stops your reason would give you for not smoking.
Play with cigarettes at your own risk. Your friend may offer you a drag or a whole cigarette, but when you are addicted to cigarettes, he or she won't buy them for you, nor will they be there when you get sick after years of smoking.

One cigarette isn't going to make you addicted. If you continue to smoke occasionally you are going to want to smoke more and more... and will eventually become addicted. The only way not to become addicted is to never smoke again. Even if you think you you can handle just smoking every once in a while, for most people this leads to a smoking addiction.

Some people never really get addicted and can quit whenever they want. But some people get addicted after just one. For most, it takes a little while smoking on a consistant basis. Just don't smoke, it's bad for you.

It is entirely possible to become addicted after the first cigarette. However, it's not likely to happen and it's easy to beat. The most effect you'll get is a craving for it. I'm not going to get into, but obviously you shouldn't smoke anymore.

it alll depends on your body. it's possible to get addicted at the first puff. but it's also a lot easier to quit only having a puff. so if I was you i wouldn't smoke no more cuz all ur doin is payin money to kill urself

Depends upon the person.
Some people never get addicted, others do on the first try.
