How Bless you are to have a sister who trust to be educated by you. It looks like she wants to bond with you. This bonding would especially comes in hand when you are both older and she can trust to come to you for advice in this crazy world. Because, instead of being a distance relatives you're beginning to establish a close family ties at an early age.

First tell her how much you appreciate that she trust to come to you instead of her mother, and then make some deals when is the best time to chat about whatever it's on her mind at a certain day(s) and time(s), but reassure her that if any emergency situation should occurred to always talk to her mom (first) or you. Please, never allow it get to the point in which she shuts up from you for life.

If she uses you as annoyance just to say anything crazy to you. Express your emotional disappointment in her and then treat her to some ice cream and begin a positive bonding. She may be trying to get your attention. Remember this why we say that parents are teachers too, so are big brothers and sisters as well.

Your sister will always value you for rest of your life, because you'll be there for each other. There are a lot families that don't even communicate with each other.

You need to think back to when you were nine and remember that you probably acted very much like she is. However, I would suggest you first talk with your parents about what behaviors bug you the most and see if they can get her to stop. If that doesn't work, see if you can get your sister to quietly sit down and listen to you. Be gentle but firm about what she needs to stop when you are around. You might try to find a little time each day to spend with just her playing a game or just talking. She obviously is trying to get your attention. Little sisters look up to their older sibling. The only other suggestion is that you try ignoring her....don't talk to her for a short length of time....don't let her know she is "pushing your buttons". All of that should take the fun out of her behavior for her and she might stop. Good luck.

She will grow out of it, the more you gripe at her, the worse it is going to get. You might have been that way when you were 9 also. Ignore her, the more she See's you yelling and upset at her, the more fun it is for her. Pretend like it does not bother you or just laugh at her. May take about a month, but it will get old to her and since it is not fun anymore, she will stop. Been there with a younger sister, know exactly what you are talking about, this worked for me, can work for you too.

I am the youngest and always wanted to be like my bro and sis. They would always get rid of me by getting me to do stuff for them or by embarrassing me out of their rooms (which would work well when they had friends over). Although they would always allow me to stay as long as I was quiet. If i started talking too much I would be kicked out. Worst comes to worst is strike a deal with her. There must be something you do that she can't stand, so make a contract or something and have a consequence if either of you brake it. I know younger siblings are annoying, but I'm sure you'll figure out your own way to deal with them. Hope I helped.

Actually at that age she needs to find her "own" thing to occupy her time. She sounds very bored. Your parents should be in charge of this really. She should have her own interests to keep her busy. Something her own imagination can make up, or find interest in. She depending too much on others to keep her entertained-not good!!

I know you dont wanna hear it but you cant, you really just cant,

even more bad news...its just going to keep happening, im 18 and my brothers 15 and he still drives me nuts and wont shut up....but I suppose your best hope is to give them something interesting to do...or if shes dumb, you can tell her you wanna play hide and seek and she can hide and you "look" for her...and then just "forget"

Yeah, yeah, you know it's great to have a sister, but it's just right now that it's driving you nuts. So, tell your mother to tell your sister to leave you alone, that you just can't even hear yourself think. Your mother should tell her to leave you alone.
