there are good carbs and bad carbs
good carbs are 100% whole wheat or 100% other grain
veggies and fruit have carbs but most of them are the good carbs (you might want to take it easy on starchy ones like
corn.)
of course most sweets have a lot of the bad carbs, cakes, pies
etc
its just the same old story all the time:
Eat a variety of foods.
Eat fruits and veggies with a lot of different colors (great for antioxidants)
Eat grains that are the least processed, like 100% whole wheat
bread, tortillas, pitas.
Choose cereal with lot of fiber (you subtract the carbs in the
fiber.) My fav is All Bran. they look like little sticks. i don't put milk in the bowl. i put a tablespoon or 2 of a natural peanut butter and squish it all together. When I eat it it tastes like a peanut butter granola bar
Choose brown rice over white
We need carbs. Our bodies need carbs. Our brains especially
need carbs.
Just choose the good ones tho

First of all, "alot" is two words, not one.
And I couldn't possibly list them all. You simply need to educate yourself and read books and do web searches.
A few common examples of high carbohydrate foods include: pasta, bread, rice, crackers, sweet desserts, sugar pop, fruit juice.
Learn how to do a simple web search.
