heres what i did to lose that much and it took 4 to 5 months.. ceral bars for breakfeast and lunch and salads for dinner every 3 or 4 day i would eat a reagular dinner only half of what i normally eat with a small salad...you can eat as much salads and fruits as you like but just dont pile on the dressing and chesse...low fat bread with low fat sandwhich meat..juice and lots of water.. just dont do what i did after a year of being at 119lbs i thought i could eat anything again... well it is back to the diet for me

this is approximately 2.25 pounds a week. That weight loss pace is safe and do-able.

My strong diet preferance is to not "diet" at all. Find out from your doc what is a safe amount of calories for you, then simply maintain self control and when you hit your daily limit stop eating.

My limit is 1500 calories per day. Without intentional exercise - just relying on normal day-to-day activities, I have lost 15 pounds so far.

yeah u can dont drink pop and cut ur food intake in half eat more fruit and bike or elliptical 1 hour a day i did an lost over 100 pounds in a lil over a year and a half

Don't drink anything other than water. Don't eat any junk food or fast food.

This isn't totally unrealistic, you're just going to have to work really hard. Make sure to keep moving. Don't sit still.
