Is twitching normal?

One of my friends at school say when im asked a really silly question or someone says somnthing really really stupid my eye twitches... and that really scares me. is it normal? or do i need to see a docter?

i get eye twitches.

a girl thought i was winking at her and married me. lol.

could be a sign of early parkinsons get it checked out
