This is called mydriasis and could be a sign of an underlying injury to the third cranial nerve, some sort of drug reaction, or it could be nothing at all!
Definitely schedule an appointment with your daughter's pediatrician if it seems to be constant and unchanging.

are you able to state precisely how they're disturbed? As in, do you get an excellent type of glare, see an excellent type of mirrored image, or each little thing will grow to be white washed? i'll in consumer-friendly words imagine that per chance your scholars are dilated for some reason, because of any drugs, or it truly is achieveable there is an allergen hectic your eyes. An ophthalmologist might want to help so a lot more effective, because the interest is so complicated and gentle. now to not teach that those are the in consumer-friendly words pair you'll ever have.

The constriction of the pupils are a normal response. Sometimes its difficult to notice on a young one and you must also remember that comfortability and love can cause dilation of the pupils. I would get a pediatrician to check it out or at least call their office and talk to the nurse.

it could be that she is just short sighted.
the pupil opens up to compensate. my daughter ued to have the same thing. worth getting checked at an optician but i would not be surprised if she is.
good luck.

My friend's eyes are like that. In high school, teachers used to accuse her of taking speed. Funny thing, she was stoned! HA! sorry...its just funny.
I would take her to an eye Dr. and dont worry until you get their opinion. It may be a precursor to something else, but it may be nothing.
Take care...

Apparently my pupils are different sizes but the optician says it doesn't affect my eyesight. Definitely worth checking out at the optician.

No, take your daughters to the doctor. They might have a brane problem, or even head injury. But just take them to a doctor (kids doctor) and dont worry!

If she's been smoking pot [unlikely], then yes.
If not, I would suggest you ask around because it is not normal; something is messing with her iris.
