cant seem to find it in 35% percent strength instead of 3% at the drug store

I have no idea why you would want 35%. If you are using it as a dental rinse you wouldn't want any more than 3%. it will foam like crazy when you put it in your mouth. I work for a dentist and we have never recomended more than 3%. Very few people use 3% and baking soda as toothpaste. It is very rough on your enamal.

35% is a hazardous material, I don't even think the Beauty supply houses would have that.
Are you trying to boil away the body of your neighbor, or something similar?

No store. You have to go to a chemical company. That high of a level of h2o2 isn't for consumer use. It's industrail strenght. It's also very dangerous. What the hell do you want it for?

That's because you have to go to a beauty supply. I really doubt that you'll find it at a drugstore. They should have it at any beauty supply.
