He is not Catholic because they have Priests not Pators . Some denominations call their church leaders pastors , some call them elders . It is really hard to say what he is

catholics don't have pastors, they have priests(called father) or monks(called brother). he is definitely a protestant, probably pentecostal or southern baptist, since most protestants don't have pastors either, but ordained ministers(called reverend)(or father)
