My grandma passed away leaving a truck and a handicapped son behind. With no will. My auntie and her daughters as well as me and my brother moved into the house to take care of my uncle pooling our resources to make ends meet. We were using her truck for jobs and school when my grandmas daughter in law called the cops and had it towed it was insured under the estate of her name. Was this legal

The estate for her name means all of her estate which included 7 children and one grandchild (me) she was my legal guardian. How come members of that estate were not allowed to use it. Especially to take care of her handicapped son who we had no intention of sending to a home

You were using a truck you didn't own, and now you're upset that it's been taken away. Right?

I'm not sure whether or not it was legal, but WHY did she have it towed? What's her problem? I don't get it. Is she just a b*&tch??
