i accidentally burned my finger for i think one second while cooking breakfast. i accidentally touched the pan.....its been 8 hours and no blistering....thank god.......
although its red. and darker than my color.......i put mederma and vitamin e and antibiotic even first aid creams.........will it scar.???

Before you do anything, I suggest you keep it under freezing cold water.
Though your skin is not burning, the inside of the flesh is still heated.


It probably won't scar.

Actually you never want to shock a burn by putting it in freezing cold water. It is better to do lkewarm then slowly turn it colder. As fa as a scar goes if you are not blistering then you probably won't scar.

nah, i had 2nd and 3rd degree burns on my hand from a camping accident and it didnt leave a scar. maybe goto the store and pick up some silvidine creme.

You are doing everything right. Great job.

Skin is incredible stuff, so take good care of it and it will continue to get better for weeks, even when you think it is done.
