I tried looking in the internet but nothing worked. My new years resolution is to at least lose/shed pounds. Iam trying to reach 90 or 95 pounds(losing at least 15-20 pounds). Can someone PLEASE Help? I will chose the best anser as always,be specific, and no stupid answers please! Thanks and please help me!

u wan to lose pounds u work out. the best time to workout is in the afternoon because ur metabolism is at the highest rate at that time. split ur meals into smaller meals.
Example, take really light breakfast den another light meal before lunch and maybe tea time after lunch but do not eat 5 hours before u sleep - that should help boost ur metabolism (remember dun starve ur self) and drink lots of water

90 or 95 pounds? You must be a very small person!

The only way to really influence your metabolism in a healthy way is to exercise. Don't starve yourself to lose weight. It will only slow down your metabolism. I asked my doctor about this when I was diagnosed with a metabolic disorder and that is what he told me. So I guess it is about getting out there on your bicycle or going down the gym.

This sounds crazy but if you eat more it actually speeds up your metabolism. Because it gives it more to burn off, which keeps your metabolism running. When i mean eat more i mean like snacking healthily. Make sure you eat every 3 hours and for a snack have a peice of fruit or veg. Exercising also helps to boost your metabolsim! God bless! x

How tall are you? Because if you are 5'2 or over it's sounds like you don't need to loose anything. If you really need to cut some pounds try eating 5 to 6 small meals a day.
