I have pale skin, too:
I use either a light brown or light charcoal, black will make your eyes look small.
Application- for the bottom:
Start at the corner of your eye (corner closer to ear) keeping the eyeliver as close as possible to your eyelashes, bring the liner about half way across your eye (to far over shrinks eyes)
for the top: bring it lightly across your eye
If it looks to dark, lightly rub it in with your finger. There is a covergirl brand eyeliner that has an eraser-like built-in so you don't have to worry about mistakes, and it will lighten it if you accidently go to dark
Good Luck!

I am very pale skinned also and i like to use a light shade of purple, I think it is made by street wear and is called frosted plum. I also have green eyes and purple goes good with green eyes. If you have brown eyes I would wear a light green shade. Blue eyes I would wear brown eyeliner. I think it is according to your face shape, and color of hair. When you are applying eyeliner stay as close as possible to your lash line, and dont put any eyeliner on your lower lid because you get the raccoon look. Good luck and just keep practicing your look unitl you get what you want!

Question 1 Answer: You can actually have your eyes look amazing with pale skin if you use a white eyeliner. Your eyes will really stand out. If you're wanting a color I would use a subtle color close to your hair color or a greyish tone.

Question 2 Answer:
To apply eyeliner on yourself, close your eyes and gently place your pointer finger (of your non-drawing hand) along your lashes of the eye you are lining, open your other eye and carefully draw the line along your lashbed of your closed eye, repeat on the other side. It takes practice to apply eyeliner on yourself, and once your hand becomes steadier, and your eyes get used to closing one at a time, you may not have to hold your lashes anymore.
When you use a nicely sharpened pencil, the results are precision lining, as a blunt pencil gives you less control of the line, and tends to be messy.

i never liked wearing eyeliner but now i love it.
i have very dark brown hair and pale skin with a few freckles. what i have found that looks good on me, is dark brown or a rich plum shade. oh, i have brown eyes as well.
REVLON colorstay eyeliner works great.
apply along the lash line of your top lid, sticking very close to the lash line. really get in there and kind of go back and forth getting a full line.
have fun experimenting. maybe have your girlfriends over and have a makeup party. that way you can exchange techniques and see what's in each others' makeup bags.

What color are your eyes? Do you wear much color? shaddow etc??? If you have light eyes, blue or green a medium brown will help tp bring them out. If your looking at evening wear & would like a more bold contrast? Try a brown/black! Apply only a fine thin line, you can even smudge a little for a softer appearance. I suggest using liner under your lash line not inside the mucosal tissue (not inside your eye). This makes your eyes appear larger & not as irritating to your eyes! Also never share your makeup, especially eye makeup!!! Unless your properly sanitizing or using disposable applicators.

Well you want it to be calm and natural that would make your skin look realistic and very beautiful. Try light or medium colors that you love and make you feel good about yourself rather than getting something for ex. black that makes you feel aweful. And what ever eyeliner you were you wont look like a monkey. =)

Try a brown or a grey. Its not as harsh on pale skin as black as. Try applying it to your top lids first and once you get used to that you can try it on the bottom

I have pale skin and I use black, but if your hair is green like in your picture then green would look cool or orange or and orangish red. i would put it right under your eyes in the sole with the eye liner pencil and on your eye lids right below your eye lashes. That looks bomb!
