Yes, when you get overwhelmed your boby reacts in such ways and hyperventilating is one of them.

yes, i know firsthand! it only gets worse if you try to tell yourself to stop. you need to see a dr. for this . nothing anyone else tells you will help, people will try to tell you its silly or just get over it etc you just need to see a dr. they'll either give you medication or therapy. whatever it is good luck i know im doing much better(i can now leave my home)
