My favorite is a balsamic vinegerette dressing.
Yummy!
Of course I've just found a thai lime dressing that's yummy as well.
Check out the salad dressing section of your local grocery store, you're sure to find lots of ideas that are ready made, which makes the cookin that much quicker and easier.
Enjoy!

Depends on what you want it to taste like!

Salt is a key ingedient, as it softens and breaks down the meat, as does orange juice, lemon juice, or anything acidic. Even soda pop can be used.

Use the basics above and add the spices you like.

Here's a basic I use:

1 cup orange juice
(4) tablespoons SEA SALT
(2) tablespoons freshly, finely chopped basil
1/2 can SPRITE
Cover with water

marinate 12 hours
Dry off
Dry rub with a little sea salt, pepper,
and a little dark caryo syrup to brown the skin.
Inside the pot, place 1/2 cup water with chicken boullien

Bake in covered pot 250 for 2 hours, (add sliced potatoes, carrots if you like)
