You just missed a large show in the cities this weekend, there were probably a bunch of Bichon people. There are a couple of shows coming up in Iowa. Check at onofrio.com and royjonesdogshows.com

Go to your local book/Magazine store (I'd call them first to see if they have it), and pick up a copy of Dog Fancy Magazine. In the back all the breeders are listed by breeds and where they are. Good luck.
