there is in undemanding terms silent meditation. Meditation is being interior the state of silence. something isn't meditation, that is in undemanding terms doing some thing. it is the actual meaning of meditation- all this different stuff has only been invented by human beings unable to be silent and then they are asserting- it is MY meditation. yet once you examine any previous scriptures they in no way communicate approximately a number of those humorous concepts that individuals play with now. And why? because of the fact that is stupid. only calling some thing meditation is pointless. that is like calling a goldfish an elephant- no remember what proportion situations you call it that that is nevertheless going to stay interior the water and function googly eyes.
