Tell your Mom and Dad. Tell your teacher. Tell your principal. Call the police.
All of the above, and as soon as possible. This guy has to be stopped before he actually hurts you, instead of just terrorizing you.
This behaviour IS NOT okay, and should not be tolerated in anybody!

I think you should tell an adault what is going on so someone can intereven for you.
He probably has no clue that he is scaring you, and just has no clue how to tell you that he likes you, but still. If you don't have the guts to tell him that you don't want him, someone else needs to tell him to back off!
It should prevent ever having to go to the police if you do it quickly, before this turns into an obsession.

Tell him in no uncertain terms that you will not tolerate this behavior. You have to be in control here. If he does not get the message, take it to the next level and report him. This is unacceptable behavior as you cannot force someone to like you.

Immediately call the police and file a report every time he does something. He'll get the message or they'll lock him up.

I do not know why it is happening but, one thing is for sure ...you can report him to your school , your parents and if it continues bring the law into it and his parents should be notified this is happening too! Don't delay in doing something before something really bad could happen!

If he is stalking and or sexually harassing you then you need to speak to a parent/teacher/counselor IMMEDIATELY. Then you and that adult can talk to the police together.

He is out of line. Sounds like it could be sexual assault. Report him to a school official like a teacher you trust.
