that we could use for parties, decorating the halls, etc... for example, my current high school's class of 2007 is using a 007 James Bond theme. What theme would work with 2010? I was also thinking of things that come in groups of 10 that could be turned into a theme....
Any ideas?

You might consider a police theme ie: the 10 code that officers use on their radios (10-4; 10-9; 10-20 etc) and use the codes throughout the evening; dress in various police-like clothing, etc.

do something old. like old england or something. getting pictures taken in front of the tower bridge would be cool....but you got a few years here to think about it. how about less time on the puter and more time hitting the books
