yes, you should never eat under 1200 calories. Under 900 makes your body think you are starving it and puts in into "survival mode" so it will hold onto everything put into it since it thinks its never gonna eat again. You should consumer a few more calories before the day is over.

It's really less about calories and more about nutrition. You need to eat enough in a day to get all the nutrients your body requires.
You MUST get the following every day:

yes, this is way too low...usually 1500 is recommended, but with little to no physical activity you might get away with 1200. make sure to spread your calories out evenly throughout the day. eating too few calories can mess with your metabolism and lower it, which is not good. even spending the day at home, you can try popping in a tae-bo dvd to get your body moving, energy up, build some muscle and have some fun!~

no... most people think that they should consume 2000 calories a day, but this is too much (maybe the reason for obesity in America?). the real healthy mark should be about 1200 to 1600 calories a day, unless you excercise tremendously or something. you're consuming almost half the number... it's too little! don't stress out about it- you can eat more.

if you're planning on workout consultation you want to devour more effective than 800 energy basically to grant you sufficient skill on your body to operate properly. If I were you i can make a objective of a minimum of 1500 energy. that could be adequate for 3 good food, plus a healthful snack. goodluck! :)
