God just created lust. Women lead men to believe there is such a thing as love. The purpose of lust is to look for the best genes possible for the offspring. Women lust for physical superior men even if they are in a loving relationship with a stooge! It's common practice in the animal kingdom too. The female will have sex with a physically superior animal be impregnated and have another stupid male believe the offspring are his so he helps raise them coz the physically superior male is already moving on to impregnate another slutty female who'll have yet another stooge to bring up the offspring!
Moral of the story: Studs don't stick around to raise children!
Did you know 1 in 6 men in UK is raising children they believe to be their own but are not!

Notice that your question is very heavily laden with conditions that cannot be verified. Is there any solid evidence, for example, that "sex is merely meant to procreate within a loving marriage?"
Can you support your claim that God created "Lust without Love," or that God actually created anything?

God did not create anything bad. Badness comes about through sin-- through rebellion against God. This causes things that God created good to malfunction and become bad.
Things that are bad are mostly bad because they are either in the wrong context, in the wrong amount, at the wrong time, or in some other way, a perversion of something good. 'Lust without Love' is an example.

1st Sex isnt' meant merely for procreation. When you consider the design of both the male and female genitals you can easily see that God intended sex to be pleasurable. I mean what other function does a clitoris have? God designed sex to be a pleasureable experience between a man and woman in which we can create new life on earth.
2nd, Lust in itself is not bad. Lust simply means "strong desire." When the Bible speaks of the office of Elders it says that they are to have a strong desire for the office. The prhase "strong desire" is the same word as translated "lust" God created us with strong desires and they are meant to be expereinced towards your lifelong mate, when reffering to sexual desire.
Unfortunately, like many benefits and blessings of God's creation we have chosen to take these things and use them for unintended purposes. Therefore, God did not create lust without love.
He did create "lust." We just have chosen to express LUST outside his purposes. By the way it is possible to control WHOM you LUST for. I am 23 and I can do it. I admit its not easy!

God created sex, He made it feel good so that even though childbirth hurts, we'll still want it. Everything God made can be used in a sinful manner.. He gave us food to eat, but if we gourge ourselves, it is gluttony and a sin...He gave us sex, when we use it the way He says not to, it is sin.
