The 3rd delension is quite variable and complex. The following will give you an idea, but it's in the case order I learned. The nominative and vocative singular can end in all sorts of letters, so they're not includied.

Masc/Fem. sing.
Acc. em
Gen. is
Dat. i
Abl. e

Masc/Fem. plu.
Nom./Voc. es
Acc. es
Gen.um
Dat. ibus
Abl. ibus

Neuter sing.
Same as above, except the Acc is same as Nom.

Neuter plu.
Nom/Voc/Acc a
Gen.um
Dat. ibus
Abl. ibus
