what type of permit do I need to have a wedding and reception on Miami Beach?

I am helping my best friend, who is like a sister to me, plan her wedding. I am very excited because I would like to become an event/wedding planner. Anyways she has always wanted to have her wedding on the beach. I know that we need to aquire a permit but how do I go about doing that?

To heck with City Hall, call the Police Dept. and find out, they will be the ones who ticket you
