It helps a lot of people. I was miserable on it. I stayed so sleepy that I could barely function. My doctor said that tiredness would go away. After staying on it for a long time--I went off it. Thank God.I felt so much better when I put my foot down and said "no more" to my doctor. I think it is an anti psychotic drug too.
