Well if the accident is found to be someone else's fault then he likely will not have an increase.
BUT if it is found to be your fault and you had his permission to drive the car, then his insurance will step in and begin to settle up the bills.
If you are hurt you can also make a claim against his insurance (if you are at fault) depending upon what his coverage against the other party . If you have your own insurance you should be in touch with them too.
When all the dust settles, someone will be at fault and that persons insurance company will undoubtedly be examining the policy and premium issues at the next renewal.
good luck...

I will assume you do not live with your boyfriend and are insured under your parent's insurance policy. If that's the case, your boyfriend's insurance should not go up. Since you're not a member of your boyfriend's household, the insurance company cannot directly surcharge for the accident. What makes the premium go up is a surcharge (points) that are added to the policy after a rated (listed) driver has an accident.
The insurance company will ask a lot of questions about how often you're allowed to drive the car, but everything should be OK assuming you were not unduly negligent (drunk, no vehicular homicide etc,) and his parents cooperate with the insurance company and answer their questions.

to them a wreck is a wreck. but the severity and the manor in which the wreck happened is takin in consideration. it may go up. but in your case unless you said to the police officer that worked the wreck that is was your fault then IT IS YOUR FAULT let the insurance companies lawyers hash it out and let them settle whos fault is whos. if you have injuries and it was ruled that it is the other drivers fault then you can sue them for injuries.

Pretty sure it will, especially if the insurance company paid money on the claim(either to fix his car or the car you hit).
