the thought that a woman is totally giving it to you that gives the pleasure. Lets say if woman is totally hating you when in the act and you are badly hurt, is that still enjoyable. If one is still enjoying I guess he is totally gone case.
My understanding is that a thought that you have capped another girl for sex is what gives one a lot of pleasure. This I think even science agrees. It is inherent in every male mammal to dominate and make sure that every female gives birth to his progeny.
I personally experimented (not that I was hated) to see this while having sex with many women and I clearly found that there is no pleasure if you just involve in the act. I tried getting pleasure by purely involving in the physical act. There was nothing in it. Breast kneading or whatever the act. Just physical is totally non sense.
Then if this is true it boils down to nothing but ego experience and it can be obsessive.
My question. Is sex really that worthy if we look at it this way? More...

Well one could argue that we should do it for procreation.
But are we all doing that?
One could also argue that, that is the beauty of life. Who cares a **** for ego. If ego is giving pleasure just go for it. But again are we all even aware that this is ego? If not it can just take us to such an obsessive state that we are totally slave to it. Then is that all worth it. May be we are missing some good point. Probably we are eternal souls. If we totally give up ego we may begin seeing that.
I used to enjoy sex once but once I it started getting bored I wanted to see the reason. This what I felt after experimenting a bit.
Again, I repeat is sex still worthy considering all the above dangers?
Sorry for long question but wanted to filter the unwanted answers. As the subject could easily have led to multifarious answers?

..sex is supposed to be with two people when you were experimenting did you ever ask your partner what they enjoyed? some people get pleasure from pleasing others some men just think they are the best when they haven't got a clue as long as they are satisfied that's OK. sorry if im loosing the plot

It is best when love is shared. It's called making love, and what you have stated IS the difference between that and sex. However, if you're having sex with someone who is totally hating you and doesn't want it, that is rape, which is a category all its own.

i don't know if you ever played any sports, but, when I played football, our coach would always tell us not to think, just follow your instincts.
You should try that with sex. Go with what works, and enjoy it.
I don't know what else to say, but, lighten up a little. There are times to sit and ponder things. While you are having sex is not one of them.

You think too much. And you ramble. Sex can be as enjoyable as you want it, either for physical gratification or emotional fulfillment, sometimes both. If your partner's dissatisfied, ask what floats his or her boat. Go wild! And don't blather on....pillow talk should be kept simple and light.

I savor the act of sexual intercourse merely as plenty if no better than adult adult males. I savor the two the previously and after however the surely act of in itself is the better area for me. maybe you havent been with the best guy !
