how about no drinking after 7? put a pee sheet on his bed. that will save the mattress. get him the goodnights. ask him if he dreams that he's going to the bathroom when he wets his bed. and if he does you may have to work with him on waking up before he gets to the toilet. don't make him feel like he's stupid or anything like that, all kids pee the bed at some point in their life.

childhood betwetting is quite common. Many kids will continue the wet the bed until age ten or even later in some cases. It's important not to make him feel bad about it, because he really can't help it. If this is something that's just started recently, he needs to see the doctor, because it could be a bladder or urinary tract infection.

Set your alarm clock and get him up during the night and make him go to the bath room. If he still wets the bed do it twice a night. If he is wet before you get him up the first time get him up earlier. You have to play with the time table. You will eventually break him of wetting the bed. Most of the time this is caused from pure laziness.

Its common with boys. Take him before you go to bed and then leave the rest to nature. He wont be wetting at 18! He will come good.

Has he been to the doctor about this? He should have a urinalysis and maybe an ultrasound to make sure all his plumbing is in working order.

Chiropractic and DHA supplements helped my son.

You should know that bedwetting is normal up until about age 10 years. If mom or dad was a bedwetter, that makes it more likely the child will be too.

Well first get plastic sheet covers that go under his sheets to protect the mattress. Then as soon as he wakes up make him go to the restroom, before he goes to sleep have him go to the restroom, and 15 or 20 minuets after he drinks have him go to the restroom. Stay on it though, and it should work. Give it time.

Have him wear Goodnites (or something of the like) every night until he grows out of it.

The worst thing you can do is punish him for it, but the 2nd worst thing you can do is treat it like it's normal. Remind him that it's not his fault, and that he will grow out of it if he keeps trying to use the bathroom before bed, and waking up to go if he needs to.

Don't punish.
Don't treat it like it's normal.
