Last night a guy that my boyfriend was fussing with got shot, and they think he did it. i don't know if he did because i haven't even talked to him. i love him with all my heart, but i don't want my kids to be in danger...you know, if the guy's friends try to get back at my bf. to top it off, his sister called me at my house, which brought questions from my parents. and i was trying to wait until the right time to tell my parents that i was seeing him, but i don't know what to do. please help!!

Give the authorities time to sort things out before you return and put your family at risk. I have to admit it sounds a little suspicious that your boyfriend has not contacted you. When this is all over with - you need to re-evaluate your relationship with someone who carries a gun and would use it on another human being. Is this really the lifestyle you want to expose your children to?

If I was you, I would confront your boyfriend and ask him if he shot the guy that he was with. But mainly pray about the situation first of all. 2nd of all ask him if he did it, and 3rd of all, be honest with him and tell him how you feel about it. You should always have an open hearted conversation with your boyfriend, and never keep anything from your boyfriend. A relationship is base on "Communication". You have to put your kids first, and yourself as well. But you have to always support yourself and your choices and be supported of your boyfriend. And always love on him. Don't ever force him to tell you if he did or didn't shoot the guy at all. Just tell him how you feel and that you are scared that it would put your kids in danger.

Life is tough enough to get through....especially with children....you don't need a boyfriend that is on the wrong side of the law. If he had it in him to do this there is little doubt of what kind of man he is. Unless to was self defense and he has never ever been in trouble before you need to run.....not walk...away from this guy. I don't care if he is found not to have done it.
