Sounds like shepherd's pie to me. Saute the beef with some chopped up onion and add the corn and spices (salt and pepper, garlic). Put in a casserole or pie dish. Cook and mash the potatoes and add cheese. Neatly spoon over top (or use a pastry bag) of beef mix and brown in the oven.

A modified version of Shepard's Pie with Rice on the side.
If you also have some bell peppers - stuff those with the beef and rice and have potatoes & corn on th side.
Could also make an interesting soup/stew.

Well, if you could pick up some salsa, cheddar cheese, and green bell peppers, you could stuff the peppers with the cooked ground beef, salsa, cooked rice, cheese and corn, and bake 45 minutes at 400.
Or if you could pick up an onion and a green bell pepper, you could make salsa meatloaf.

Have mashed potatoes on the side of either.

I add to hamburger, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, chopped green pepper and spices. Form patties and grill or fry in very little oil. You can add montreal steak spice or even lemon pepper ( to add american touch and flavor). This dish is Chapli kabab from Pakistan. Serve with buns or pita bread or regular bread.
Make a stock of beef by adding whole onion, unpeeled garlic. I also add fennel seeds. Cook till the beef is tender. You should have enough stock to cook rice in it.
Now brown some onions and add crushed garlic. Also add a little whole cinnamon and add rice, stock(with solids discarded and beef reserved). add beef and cook till rice is about half cooked then let it simmer till cooked. serve with yogurt (raita).
Yogurt can just be salt and red pepper, mixed into the beaten yogurt. This is called Yaqni Pulao from Pakistan.

Do you also have milk and cheese? You could make a cheese beef soup. Brown the ground beef. Cook the rice and throw it in a soup pot with the beef (drained)...add some canned veggies such as corn, green beans, carrots. add milk and cheese to cover and let it simmer. You could also add a can of cheese soup to thicken it, and a dab of sour cream. Serve it with some good bread and enjoy!
