Jolen Bleach does it make dark hair grow longer underneath or just fade :S?

Hi there. it doesn't really do anything to make hair grow. its simply bleaches everything it touches, including your skin. You should be careful how much you put on and how long you leave it for as it can create whitish areas on your skin.

I used it and after a pair of months the hair became blonde on the techniques and darkish on the roots. Its not noticable even with the shown fact that. After the bleach thoroughly dwindled I went on trip and my hair became blond lower back.. unsure if it became solar and jolen or purely the solar.
