Also for those of you who speak spanish in castellano spanish over by argentina they say cigarrillo to mean cigerrette. In the united states and mexico i think they mostly say cigarro for cigerette-

Let me explain it to you.

CIGARRO is a Cigar.
CIGARRILLO is a Cigarette.

Cigarrillo is like saying small cigar which is the same way that CigarETTE means small cigar.

Understand?
