It depends. If you want to download full albums, try bittorent. If you want individual songs try a p2p. There are also lots of websites that offer mp3's, like a music blog.

none unless your paying for it, in that case you would get a download manager from the site,,

more and more people are being caught by the copy right people and being taken to court, now they like you thought they would never get caught

the last one I read about was find $15,000
