In 99.9% of the world's population the appendix is located on the patient's right side, around the area of the right hip bone. If you locate the right hip bone and go up (toward your chest) about 1 inch and then go in (toward your belly-button) about 1 inch, you will have located the approximate area of your appendix.
I certainly hope that your question was just out of curiosity and not because you are wondering if you might have appendicitis. But IN CASE you are, here are a few symptoms to look for. Please, also be aware you could have symptoms related here, or other symptoms not related here. Please seek medical attention as soon as possible if there is any doubt that you may be experiencing an appendicitis attack.
1. Tenderness in the area described above. Especially if when you press down gently, it hurts, but is more painful when the pressure is quickly released.
2. Fever.
3. Vomiting.
4. Belching (Burping)
5. Flatulence (passing gas, farting)
6. Unusually bad breath
Good luck, and I hope that this was actually more information than you were looking for. Never-the-less, I hope you are feeling well!!!

Lower rigth hand side of yoru abdomen. Generally, pain from appendicitis begins in the middle of your tummy, just beneath the belly button, then moves to the right where it usually intensifies. There are other presentations though - some with almost no pain.
