Hair, maybe a fingernail if you don't cut too deep. Otherwise, people are screwed. We can't recreate the original body part, we just scar over the wound.
A recently developed lab mouse, however, can regenerate heart damage, ear punch holes, and the tip of it's tail. It's called the MRL mouse, and it's very exciting for medicine.

I suggest you not cut off ANYTHING, except hair and fingernails, or you could be in deep trouble. Because only those things will grow back, we ain't lizards dearie!!!!!

well, the tounge regenerates really fast, so if you cut of half, maybe?
the liver I heard is this way too. Take away half and it regenerates in a few months
and of course hair.
