ok my new years resolution was to eaat healthier and exercise more i need some ideas of healthy meals and some excersice plans and such please help me. i looked at the cosmo girls body and soul challenge and want to try that but it doesnt start till february and i was wanting to start soon

I say relax. Take the time while you are waiting for February to center yourself and get ready for this. What you are talking about is not a fad, but a lifestyle change and they can be challenging. If I was you I would remind myself to be optimistic about the new plan "this is going to be easy and fun" sort of thing. I would drink plenty of water and start doing some Yoga - the stretching and meditative benefits will really help in the long run. There are some good tapes out (I like the ones from Gaiam) or you could check out Yoga Journal online http://www.yogajournal.com - they even have a Pose Finder that allows you to look for poses that benefit certain body systems. You could start these things today.
